Refund policy

Cancellation & Exchange Policy:  

Once an order is placed, we regret that it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on orders.

 

Return Policy:  

If you wish to return an item for reasons not covered under our warranty, please note that return shipping and any associated costs will be your responsibility. We offer free returns for quality-related issues. Due to the size of our products, return shipping costs may be substantial and may, in some cases, exceed the cost of the product itself.

 

Returns must be initiated within 30 business days of receiving the product. Please include a copy of the pack slip inside the package. We cannot accept returns on clearance or discontinued items, or for items damaged due to external causes like accidents, abuse, or misuse. Gift Card purchases cannot be canceled or returned.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us or email **info@awqm.com** with the subject line "[RETURN REQUEST]" and your order number for faster processing.

 

Please Note:

- Returns requested after 15 business days of receiving the product will not be accepted.

- Please do not return any products without prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without our consent.

 

If you arrange the return shipment yourself, and it is approved by AWQM's customer service team, you are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item. We recommend using a signature confirmation service and adding shipping insurance. AWQM is not liable for any damage, loss, or accidents during return shipments arranged by the customer.

 

Refund Policy:  

Refunds will reflect the original purchase price minus a possible 20% restocking fee, applicable only if the item is not in like-new, resellable condition. Please inspect your item before returning it.

 

Refunds will be processed once the product is returned and inspected by our warehouse.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once approved, most financial institutions process refunds within 3-5 business days, though it can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
