Refund policy

STANDARD RETURN:
1. We only accept returns of non-sale, unused, and undamaged items purchased through awqm.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.

2. We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products.

3. The cost for product returns is borne by customers for all non-warranty-related returns.

4. If opened, only defective products will be accepted for exchange.

5. Due to the nature of our products and the context of their use, all returns must be undamaged and unopened. This includes any packaging with all manuals and other included items to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any damages or signs of usage will void this return policy and items will be charged in full.

6. If you meet our return policy's guidelines, then we will exchange or reimburse you the price of all products purchased.

HOW TO CREATE A RETURN TICKET:
1. To be eligible for an exchange please contact us at info@awqm.com with your order information. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first or the exchange may not be processed.

2. Please describe in detail in your email why you need to make a return that will help us understand why you need to make this return. If you needed, you are also able to upload a max of 6 images. .jpg format only, please.

3. You will be refunded through the original payment method you used to purchase.

4. Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to look into your ticket and respond.

5. Please follow the instruction email to return your items.

6. Please email info@awqm.com with the return tracking number.

7. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like
1)Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
2)Cant accept returns on gift cards.
3)Malicious man-made damage.

REFUNDS POLICY
1. If you meet our return policy's guidelines, then we will exchange or reimburse you the price of all products purchased.

2. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total; this includes items purchased using the free shipping promotion. Please be aware that the shipping cost paid to receive the product is discounted and will not be equivalent to the shipping cost of returning it. Return shipping price will vary by location.

3. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
